Indirect Contact

Our indirect service is used where one parent cannot know the address of the other, but can send gifts and letters. The content is posted to us and checked for inappropriate content before forwarding to the child.

How to use this service

Cost

  • Referral/Admin fee: £63 (usually paid by the Non-Resident Person, unless otherwise agreed). This is invoiced once both parties have responded to the referral.
  • Indirect contact (email): £10 per email sent.
  • Cards: £20 per card, plus postage costs if the item needs to be sent to the receiving party.
  • Gifts:
    • £25 for a gift card or up to 3 presents, plus postage costs if required
    • £30 for 3 or more presents, plus postage costs if required

Make a referral

If you would like to request our Indirect Contact Service, please provide the following information:

  • Adult name
  • Adult address
  • Adult phone number
  • Name(s) of the child/children and their dates of birth
  • When and how often the indirect contact will take place
  • Whether there is a Court Order in place (please send a copy if there is)
  • Contact details of the other parent/party or Professional involved
  • Any additional information relevant to the indirect contact
