Indirect Contact
Our indirect service is used where one parent cannot know the address of the other, but can send gifts and letters. The content is posted to us and checked for inappropriate content before forwarding to the child.
How to use this service
Cost
- An initial referral fee of £20. This is usually paid by the Non-Resident Person, unless otherwise agreed. The referral fee will be invoiced once both parties have responded to the referral.
- £20 per indirect contact, plus postage costs to send the item to the receiving party (if required).
- Indirect contact via email is £10 per email sent.
Make a referral
If you would like to request our Indirect Contact Service, please provide the following information:
- Adult name
- Adult address
- Adult phone number
- Name(s) of the child/children and their dates of birth
- When and how often the indirect contact will take place
- Whether there is a court order in place (please include a copy if there is)
- Contact details of the other parent/party or Professional involved
- Any additional information relevant to the indirect contact
